Just a quick reminder about the Spirit of Kinder day tomorrow (26th April) at Sheffield Town Hall starting at 2.30pm. It is free and open to all.
The meeting will celebrate Sheffield’s role in the Mass Trespass and the 10 years since the implementation of the CROW act. It will also highlight the work that Sheffield council and the Sheffield Moors Partnership are doing to encourage access the to the moors.
Speaker include Ramblers president Kate Ashbrook, Bill Bevan, the Sheffield-based archaeologist and interpreter, who will describe the prehistory of Kinder Scout, and Annabelle Kennedy of the Sheffield Wildlife Trust, who will outline the work of the Sheffield Moors Partnership.
