Just a quickie.
Margaret rang. Neil had his scan and X-ray results. Nothing found and no broken cheek bone. He is back home and improving. The bad news is a visit to the dentist tomorrow where he might lose a tooth (bad timing with Xmas). So he is on the mend.
I had explained to him earlier that this is not going to mean that he can get out of leading his walks. A drastic attempt but a failure

Dear all.Thank you all so much for your help, care and concern following my fall last week. I am battered and bruised and have lost a tooth (one of the few completely intact ones I had left!) but am on the road to recovery. I have started some physio for a sore shoulder socket and will be back on the trail asap.I hope you all have a really great relaxing break over Christmas.Neil
Hope you recover soon Neil and that we see you out on walks again. Thanks also to Dave for his help after the accident & for the updates
Here’s wishing you a speedy recovery Neil.
All the best.
That is good news to hear!
Thanks dave for the up date,
Take care neil
