Anti-social behaviour bill: paths at risk

The Anti-social Behaviour Crime and Policing Bill will give local authorities new powers to close paths to tackle crime and anti-social behaviour. We have serious concerns that these new laws won’t offer local communities the chance to have their objections to paths closures heard by an independent inspector, meaning paths in everyday use could be closed.
