We have just found out that roadworks at Worrall are changing overnight from Tuesday to Wednesday so that by Wednesday morning the 57 bus will not be going to Worrall.
Therefore, for people doing the whole of the Sheffield Country Walk, David will extend his walk on Tuesday down Stockarth Lane to Middlewood Road.
This means Susan can start the walk there on Wednesday – so on that morning we will catch the same bus, 57 at 0930 from town, but now get off on Middlewood Road just passed Stockarth Lane, SK918318, same start time – 0955.
Please let anyone know who you think may be planning to join at the expected start.
This is the latest information about dates but Susan is checking again on Tuesday.
This situation is changing daily, the 57 bus is now coming up Wadsley Lane to Worrall and not going on Middlewood Road. If this stays the same the walks on Tuesday 28th May and Wednesday 29th May will be able to be done as normal. Best to check on the bus route day before.
